GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS AND REFUND POLICY
The general sales conditions apply to all conference fees or sponsorships related to the scientific conferences organised by Sciknowledge Education Conferences with European VAT number ESE06728455, onwards Sciknowledge, to individuals or entities from worldwide.
All requests made to Sciknowledge imply the acceptance by the client/attendee to the conference, of the General Sales Conditions of Sciknowledge, on the day when the registration on the conference is made, or/and in the day the payment of the fee is made and/or when the corresponding invoice is issued. The client/attendee accepts that the acceptance of the mentioned conditions will involve the applying of the conditions to the corresponding conference fee or sponsorship, as well as to any other transactions made by the client/attendee and Sciknowledge with exception to the cases in which new conditions are defined by Sciknowledge and communicated to the client/attendee. If Sciknowledge does not apply in a determinate moment, any of the present conditions cannot be interpreted as and will not be equal to a renounce to these conditions.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction: The interpretation and execution of the conditions and all acts that are their consequences will be submitted to the Spanish laws unless there are public policy provisions contrary to them.
The fees indicated on the Websites of the congresses, conferences or courses organised by Sciknowledge are expressed in Euros (with VAT taxes included) and are valid, except for typos. The characteristics of the contracted services are fully explained in the links:
The time limits between the different fees (green, yellow or red) will be delimited by the date of making the effective payment.
Student Delegate Fee = authors enrolled in a Bachelor, Master or PhD program. Student fee does not apply for PostDoc programs.
Listener Should pay the same fee as Business Poster Registration.
The accompanying person fee is intended for couples, spouses or children. This fee will not be applicable to authors or co-authors of the papers presented during the congress.
3- Payment methods:
When registration is made, the client can select one of the following methods of payment to Sciknowledge:

All currency conversion fees and/or bank fees applicable to the transaction will be the responsibility of the congress attendee. The seller shall receive the registration amount in full. This aspect must be taken into account when carrying out the transaction.
2) Payment with credit or debit card. Through the payment gateway that appears in the PAYMENT REGISTRATION section of this website.
3) Payment by Paypal. Payment form your Paypal Account to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In this case, you must send (registration fee + 24€) due to Paypal Costs. Follow the steps below:

The courses, congresses or conferences organised by Sciknowledge are the product. Sciknowledge reserves the right to modify the conference fees depending on the needs of each different edition of the conference.
The invoices for each registration must be requested to fill the corresponding form on each conference, Congress or course website.
Conference attendees accept that their presentation (oral or poster) will take place on any day and hour of the schedule established by the Conference Organization.
The day and order of presentation assigned by the Organization to speakers and poster-type presenters may not be altered by particular requests. Changes will only be accepted for reasons of delay in the visa or flight, which must always be previously accredited documentary.
Presenters who are not in their place in the assigned time slot of the Program will lose the right to present their work and obtain their certificate. In addition, they will not have the right to request any refund of their registration fee.
7- Cancelation and refund policy
CANCELLATION POLICY OF THE ORGANISATION
- VISA Cancellations.
If you do not get your VISA, and you can prove it through documents, we will refund 100% of your money (except the bank cost of refunding) (valid until July 10th).
- Other Cancellations.
Registrations cancelled for attendees before June 1st will be refunded at 100% (except the bank refund cost).
Registrations cancelled for attendees between 1-15th June will be refunded 75% (except the bank refund cost).
Registrations cancelled for attendees between 15-30th June will be refunded 25% of the registration fee (except the bank refund cost).
As of July 1st, nothing will be refunded.
In the 3rd and 4th cases, we will send you by post to the address you indicated to us; the merchandising of the conference and your abstract/s will also be published in the Abstracts E-book of the conference.
The Organizer will always have the right to cancel/postpone / or change the Conference Venue. In this case, delegates can claim a refund of 100% of the registration fee previously paid to the Organizer, but never the accommodation or travel costs.
Conference organisers cannot accept refund requests from the conference delegates/attendees from cancelled flights and/or natural disasters/calamities.
The organisers will not accept any liability for personal injuries or loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates/attendees, either during or after the conference.
Coronavirus Alert Situation. In the case of an aggravation of the current situation by the Coronavirus, which forces the Congress cancellation, it will be considered the exposed in point 1. The organiser will refund 100% of the registration fee previously paid, but never the accommodation or travel costs. In this sense, we recommend that delegates do not book their hotel or flight until July month.
INVOICING: We inform you that no invoices will be made from July 13th to July 27th or while the Congress is taking place.
